“Healthy Fast Food” (no cooking)

Mix this the night before you want to serve it, and store in the refrigerator for 2 weeks OR the expiration date of the yogurt.
1 – 32 oz. container of vanilla yogurt
2 cups oatmeal, uncooked (you can use quick or rolled – do not use packets)
1 can crushed pineapple, undrained
Optional – 2/3 cup sliced almonds or other nut of your choice
Stir all ingredients together.
In the morning, stir and serve with more cut fresh fruit on top. If it is very thick, you can add a little milk and stir. I like fresh berries of any kind or bananas. You can also top with mandarin oranges or peaches, plums, etc...
