Deposits

• A 50% deposit, or the cost of one night, whichever is higher, is required to confirm your reservation. Deposits for stays of 5 or more days are non-refundable.
• Deposits must be received within seven days after making your reservation or your reservation cannot be guaranteed. Confirmation will be sent upon receipt of your deposit.
• Due to our intimate size, cancellations affect our business greatly. When you make a reservation, your room is taken out of availability and we refuse business. When situations arise that necessitate a cancellation, we sympathize, however we adhere to a strict cancellation policy:
  • All cancellations, including shortened stays, are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
  • The reservation deposit, less the cancellation fee, will be refunded based on the number of days that are re-booked.

 

Rates

• Rates are based on double occupancy. There is a $25 charge for each additional person.
• City and state taxes are not included.
• Most weekends require a two-night minimum stay.
• Special rates and minimum stay requirements may apply during holiday weekends and special events.
• Rates are subject to change without notice.
• Personal checks and credit cards accepted.

 

General

• For the comfort of all, smoking and pets are not permitted.
• Our facilities are not suitable for children under 12, unless arranged with the innkeepers in advance.
• Check-in time is from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm, or by special arrangement.
• Check-out time is 11:00 am.
• There is one off-street parking space available per room. After check-out, you must pay for your own parking or automobiles must be removed to accommodate incoming guests.
